Santropol Roulant is a registered Canadian charity and all donations over $10 are entitled to a charitable donation tax receipt.

How to become a donor

It’s easy to become a donor! You can donate online, donate via mail, or contribute items on our wishlist. Remember that you can always contact us by phone at 514-284-9335 or drop by our offices; we’re always glad to listen and answer any questions you may have. 

Option 1: Donate online

The easiest and quickest way to make a donation is online through CanadaHelps.org.

CanadaHelps.org is an amazing non-profit organization that takes security and privacy to heart. They process online donations for thousands of Canadian charities, and thanks to their size, they can negotiate lower credit card and banking fees, ensuring that more of your donations go directly to supporting our programs rather than to administrative expenses.

To make a donation, just click on the button below to go directly to Santropol Roulant’s donation page. You will receive an immediate tax receipt via email and we will receive 100% of your donation (minus credit card fees of 3.9%).

Option 2: Donate via mail

If you prefer to mail in your donation (cheque or credit card), you can print this donation form and mail your donation to us. Be sure to include your contact information so that we can mail you a charitable tax receipt.

Consider becoming a Monthly donor

Every year hundreds of friends, neighbours, foundations & businesses contribute financial support to keep the Roulant rolling. Unfortunately, these gifts are not always predictable. This unpredictability makes budgeting a constant guessing game. Funding from individual donors & businesses is cyclical with most of the donations coming in over the holiday season. Foundation money is never guaranteed and is often project specific.

So what’s the solution?

Monthly giving provides the stability that is integral to realizing our mission. Knowing that core operations are fully supported allows us to focus on raising program-specific funds as well as developing our capacity to self-finance. So if you’re turned on by what Santropol Roulant is creating within the community, please consider turning your one-time donation into a monthly gift. Imagine what we can create together in the next 10 years! Consider giving 1$ per day, or even 3$ per day – enough to cover our ingredient costs for one meal every day of the year.

Option 3: Help us obtain items on our wishlist

It takes a lot of small things to help the Roulant keep rolling on the day to day.
