Come to enjoy the Terrasses Roy, a public space and urban garden project of the Plateau-Mount-Royal borough taking place on Roy street outside of the Roulant.
This colourful project is nearing the end of its second year, which means it’s time to celebrate the harvest and taste some fresh and local veggies!
When: September 13th between 3 pm and 8 pm
Where: Terraces Roy, on Roy street between Coloniale and De Bullion
What: A community event to bring everyone together and celebrate urban agriculture!

Activities for the event
- Short Documentary: “The Three Sisters Community Garden” by Zachary Greenleaf,
a young Mi’gmaq from Gesgapegiag, who tries to reintroduce the «three sisters» (the traditional white corn, squash, and beans used in Native gardens) in his community with the help of other youth.
- Seed papermaking
- Seed library
- Tasting of urban vegetables
- Harpist
- Screen printing workshop – Make sure to bring your own t-shirt or piece of cloth!
- Chalk drawing for the kids
- Farmer’s market
- Cake and grape juice!
