Santropol Roulant invites its members to share a meal together, learn about the Roulant’s 2025 activities and activities to come, and to vote for the new Board of Directors at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday, March 26th, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM.
Who is a Roulant member?
If you’ve made a donation to Santropol Roulant, volunteered in any program or collective, been an employee, been a beneficiary of any of the Roulant’s food services such as the Meals-on-Wheels, Friday Hang soup service or community leftovers, or been a member of a partner organization in the past year, you are a member and are eligible to vote at the AGM.

What happens at the AGM?
Like most Canadian charities, the Roulant is governed by a Board of Directors who oversee the organization and make big picture decisions for the organization such as financial and strategic planning. At the AGM, members vote for the new Board of Directors and are provided documentation on all that’s occurred in the past year at the Roulant, from activities to finances, and gain insight into coming activities. The AGM also marks the debut of our annual report, a handy document which summarizes the past year of activities and finances and celebrates all we’ve accomplished together. Come to the AGM, participate in the democratic structure of the Roulant and enjoy a beautiful menu dreamed up from the kitchen team.
