Kitchen Workshop: Fermentation

Come out and learn a great food preservation technique: fermentation. We’ll be making sauerkraut and more with fresh vegetables from our urban gardens and peri-urban farm.

Places are limited so please email Jeremie to sign up or give him a call at 514-707-7678 with any questions, comments or suggestions.

When: August 16th from 5:30 to 7:30

Where: In the Roulant kitchen, 111 Roy east

Cost: The suggested donation for the workshop is $10 and you get to take home one of your creations.

What to bring: Any extra Mason jars you may have at home
