Year after year, Rue Fermier has become one of the most beloved events for the Roulant community. Each summer, the Roulant team, together with dedicated volunteers, goes above and beyond to create unforgettable memories for everyone. Come and bring your loved ones to enjoy this heartwarming community celebration together!
In the summer, the Terrasses Roy becomes an accessible and publicly visible extension of the Roulant’s work. On July 18th, we will transform this cozy community space into a magical world where everything is larger than life. But it’s not just about the decorations that will adorn the space; it’s a metaphor for how much your impact on the community’s well-being is greater than you can imagine. Whether you’re a volunteer, Meals-on-Wheels client, donor, community partner or neighbour, join us in celebrating all that we have accomplished together for stronger social inclusion and food security in Montreal.

Join us for live music, dancing, delicious free food prepared by the Roulant’s kitchen team and volunteers, garden tours, fun activities for all ages, and many other surprises. The event will take place mainly outdoors in the Terrasses Roy, except in case of unexpectedly stormy weather like last year, and will be fully accessible to everyone.

VOLUNTEER
We need the support of our volunteer community to help make this Rue Fermier a success! We have volunteer shifts scheduled leading up to and on the day of the event. Shifts have been set up to ensure that you’ll also have plenty of time to kick back and take part in the celebrations. If you’re interested in lending a hand, please fill out this form.
