On July 18th, the Roulant celebrated its 29th anniversary at Rue Fermier, an open house event showcasing the work of the programs and volunteer collectives.
Basking in a perfect summer’s day, the Terrasses Roy were able to welcome over 400 people over the course of the evening. People enjoyed both sweet and savoury delights prepared with love by the kitchen team and fantastic music provided by our very own community members.
Santropol Roulant would like to highlight the generous volunteers who contributed to the immense success of the event. We would also like to thank our sponsors, Zamalek, Remedy Kombucha, Club Kombucha, and Canadian Tire for their generous contributions of drinks and equipment.
Above all, we thank you, dear community, for participating in such large numbers and for making the magic of Rue Fermier come to life. We’re already looking forward to celebrating the Roulant’s 30th anniversary together next year! In the meantime, have a wonderful end to the summer.
