Santropol Roulant is committed to working with individuals experiencing social isolation, precarity, and a loss of autonomy. If you would like to refer someone to our services, please read the following information.
eligibility Criteria
Loss of Autonomy
Clients you refer to us should be persons who are having difficulty getting their nutritional needs met. This may be due to cognitive loss, mental health issues, or reduced physical mobility (ageing, accident, illness).
Social Isolation
We serve clients who live alone and/or are socially isolated. In exceptional circumstances families or couples are considered.
Precarity
Our service prioritizes those living in precarious circumstances who are unable to use other free services and are unable to reheat frozen meals.
How to make a referral
Before making a referral, please review the below details:
Check our delivery area
Please check the map below to see if your client falls in our delivery territory.Have this info handy

- Language of client
- Reason for referral
- Behavioral issues
- Any other information you think we should have.
Follow up
Once you’ve made a successful referral, the client manager will follow up with client to explain the service, and speak to them about their nutritional needs. The client manager is always glad to hear from you and will follow up when necessary.Our service being at maximum capacity, the access to the form is suspended until further notice.
