We’re back for the 4th workshop in the series Recipes from our community.
Richard, a professional chef and community member, will share with us his love for making simple stocks and show us how to simply integrate them into our everyday cooking.
Come learn how to add that special homemade touch to your favourite soups, sauces and meals!
On the menu:
- Mushroom Risotto and Vegetarian Paella, both made with a simple vegetable broth.
- Bone broth (simple to make, highly nutritious and rich in minerals).
