We’re excited to introduce our community to a new series of kitchen workshops. We ask for a greater financial contribution for these workshops because we see them as an opportunity for some members of the community to financially support our charity programs while developing their cooking skills in the Roulant kitchen!
Join us for an introductory course on hand-mixed sourdough bread baking. Come understand the inner workings of sourdough and learn the basic techniques required to bake your own bread. This is a workshop open to all, whether you have some or a lot of bread baking experience. You will also take away some sourdough starter to continue on this adventure at home. This workshop is offered by Eddy, a friend of the Roulant who has been perfecting his organic breads through his own company, Breddy Boulangerie.
- When: April 6th, 6:00 – 9:00 pm (this includes a tasting period!)
- Where: Santropol Roulant’s kitchen at 111 Roy East
- Price: $60, this price includes a $30 donation, eligible for a tax receipt, to support the Roulant’s charitable work.
