Santropol Roulant officially and warmly invites you to this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 27th. Every year, we host the AGM to elect our Board of Directors and to invite our community to look back at last year’s activities and see what’s to come.
We can’t wait to see you and celebrate all that we’ve been able to achieve together this past year and to collaborate on a shared vision for the years ahead!

WHO IS A SANTROPOL ROULANT MEMBER?
A member of the Roulant is anyone who has made a donation, volunteered in any program or collective, worked for the Roulant, has been a beneficiary of any food service at the Roulant, or is a funder of the Roulant within the past year. Partner organizations offering mutual programming and financial partners are considered members and can have one voting representative. Non-members are more than welcome at the AGM but won’t have the right to vote.
Members will be able to vote for their 2025 Board of Directors in person. Please note that remote voting will not be possible this year. To facilitate your choice, we have gathered all the documents and information you need to vote this year.
AGENDA AND CANDIDATURES
Six positions on the Board are up for election with ten candidates from all walks of life vying to help further the Roulant’s mission. The elections will occupy a central part of the evening, outlined in the below agenda. You can propose amendments to the agenda by contacting Pier directly.

Verified financial statements for 2024 as well as the 2024 annual report will be added as soon as they are available.

Please fill out this RSVP form to facilitate an easier check-in process and/or request an accommodation for those with particular accessibility needs. RSVPs are encouraged, but not mandatory. Registration will be available at the door, but space may be limited!
Please note: while you will be able to view the AGM online this year, remote participation and remote voting will not be available (aside from the clients of the Meals-on-Wheels service).
