Santropol Roulant’s 9-member Board of Directors is responsible for overall policy-making, general governance, and the supervision of our Executive Director. Like many Boards, the Roulant Board ensures that we are doing our utmost to be faithful to our mission. This doesn’t mean being involved in day-to-day tasks, but rather supporting the staff team in making sure that the decisions we make today help the Roulant of tomorrow continue to be a thriving and innovative organization.
The Board’s work is serious, but the board members have fun while doing it; it helps that as a group they are creative, effective, respectful, open and collaborative.
