Myrite Rotstein, Holistic Food and Tasty Lifestyle Coach will be leading a workshop of fermentation fun where you will learn about the history and health benefits of fermentation. In this workshop, you will learn the valuable skill and the many healing benefits of fermenting foods. Leave the workshop with recipes and handouts and your very own jar of “kraut” that will keep you healthy throughout the cold season.
