We’re looking for volunteers to help out at our annual Gala coming up on October 29th. We particularly need volunteers to help with the following tasks:
– pre-event setup
– driver / buddy for Meals-on-Wheels clients
– bus person / dishwasher

I have already given my name to Ben so this is just a friendly reminder to make sure my name is on the list. At what time would you like us to arrive? Will we all be wearing the same colored pants (for example, black) and Santropol tee shirts?

Yes Ben is keeping a list of everyone who has expressed interest and will let you know about the details of your tasks, arrival time etc… For the moment we are still mapping out the needs of the evening, more info to come!
