We’re back for the 6th workshop in the series Recipes from our community, where we invite the members of our community of all ages to share their recipes and culinary successes.

Megha, a community member, will share with some of her favorites recipes.

  • When: Wednesday, October 19th from 5:00 to 7:30 pm
  • Where: The Roulant’s kitchen, 111 Roy East
  • Cost: By donation

On the menu:

  • Entree: Mung dal- a potato lentil soup with Indian five spice
  • Main: Prawn Malai curry – prawns in a fragrant, coconut cream sauce with steamed rice
  • Dessert: Halwa – a Cardamom flavoured 3-flour pudding
