We’re back for the 9th workshop in the series Recipes from our community, where we invite the members of our community of all ages to share their recipes and culinary successes.

Maud, a community member, will share with us some of her favorite simple and quick vegan- and gluten-free recipes. Although she considers herself more of an omnivore, Maud will share with us how she has learned to integrate more vegetables, wheat-free and live foods into her everyday meals!

When: Wednesday, February 22nd from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Where: The Roulant’s kitchen, 111 Roy East
Cost: By donation (suggested donation 15$)

On the menu

Appetizer: Kale soup
Main dish: Vegetarian chili with cashew sour cream
Dessert: Date and nut energy balls
