We’re back for the 11th workshop in the series Recipes from our community, where we invite the members of our community of all ages to share their recipes and culinary successes.

Mie, a community member, will share with us some of her favorite Korean recipes as well as teach us how to prepare delicious fermented foods.

When: Wednesday, April 19th, from 5:00 – 8:00 pm
Where: The Roulant’s kitchen, 111 Roy East
Cost: By donation (suggested donation 15$)

On the menu

Appetizer: Kimchi
Main dish: Bibimbap (a traditional Korean dish of mixed rice with veggies)
Dessert: Sweet rice cakes
