Preserving the Harvest

It’s harvest season and the Roulant kitchen is receiving tons of beautiful veggies from the Ferme du Roulant. We’re working hard to transform them so that we can continue enjoying them all year round.

Want to come help out?  We’re looking for volunteers to help out with food preservation shifts (Thursdays from 2:00 – 6:00pm) and food cycle shifts (Fridays from 10:00am – 1:00pm).  Both shifts will continue until the beginning of November.
