The Roulant team has changed a lot over the past few weeks. With a reorganization of work and organizational chart, the Meals-on-Wheels program now has a new team in place.
Laura, originally from Brittany, was educated in Montreal and has a master’s degree in political science. As manager of the Meals-on-Wheels, she will help make the service even more accessible while supervising the processes.
Floriane, who has worked with the elderly in Lille and Chicago, comes to the Roulant with a great deal of experience and a taste for community action. As a Meals-on-Wheels Outreach Worker, she will be able to build relationships with the client community and volunteers.
Mike, our valiant community cook, has been serving as a Meals-on-Wheels dispatcher since the start of the year. In this role, he juggles the schedules and training of volunteers, in addition to liaising with clients.
Julie joined the kitchen team as a community cook. Equipped with ten years in the restaurant scene and a degree in Human Environment, she finds a workplace that allows her to combine her passions and knowledge in the Roulant.
Gabrielle joins the fundraising and administration team as an assistant to support the team. Passionate about beekeeping and urban agriculture, she will be able to buzz around financial follow-up tasks and countless thank you cards.
With the programs stabilizing, Brooke returns as an internal consultant and oversees the development and launch of the new mobile application for volunteers, as well as general follow-ups regarding the internal processes of the Roulant.
Welcome (or welcome back) to the Roulant team!
