Santropol Roulant officially and warmly invites you to this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 30th. Every year, we host the AGM to elect our Board of Directors and to invite our community to look back at last year’s activities and see what’s to come.
This year, we decided to bring back the in-person AGM with the possibility of attending online for those who can’t join us at the Roulant.
We can’t wait to see you and celebrate all that we’ve been able to achieve together this past year!

- RSVP: Please fill out this RSVP form to register your in-person or online presence, register to vote or request an accommodation, for those with particular accessibility needs. RSVPs are encouraged, but not mandatory. Registration will be available at the door, but space may be limited!
Who is a Santropol Roulant member?
Anyone who has volunteered, received a meal, made a donation or has been an employee of Santropol Roulant within the last 12 months is considered a member. Non-members are more than welcome to the AGM but won’t have the right to vote.
Members will be able to vote for their 2023 board of directors in person or online during the event. To facilitate your choice, we have gathered all the documents and information you need to vote this year.
Bylaws
This year we are proposing an update to our bylaws so that they are in line with the realities of the Roulant community in 2023.
Agenda and candidatures
Six positions on the Board are up for election with eight candidates from all walks of life vying to help further the Roulant’s mission. The elections will occupy a central part of the evening, outlined in the below agenda. You can propose amendments by contacting Pier directly.

The 2022 financial statements and Annual Report will be presented at the event, but you can already consult them and prepare your questions.
