It’s that time of year where we unveil the 2022 Annual Report, a recap of the Roulant’s activities, victories, and challenges of the past year, complete with beautiful photos of your community.
We thought it appropriate to reflect on these accomplishments, and more, and present them to you as a cookbook of sorts. It takes all kinds of recipes to feed a community. Some recipes stay the same, others need to be modified, adapted to the seasons and to each person’s dietary needs. Some recipes are for social gatherings, others for more sophisticated dinners. Some adaptations make them more accessible to the needs of children, others allow you to work with what is available in season. When they remain the same, they tell a story and transmit a lot of love. They all have the same result: they bring us together and make us feel full-bellied and full-hearted.
Since the Annual Report is an important tool for reporting back to our many funders, including government, we though it appropriate to also share the detailed appendix below submitted to the Quebec Governments’ Programme aux soutien des organismes communautaire (PSOC). This document dives into more detail about the Roulant’s participation and concertation in the sector and with other organizations, the types of non-financial support we benefit from, the number of people reached by the organisation directly and indirectly, and more.
