Three years ago, we embarked on a new strategic cycle, shared with you in this plan. We’re well into the final year of the 2020-2023 timeline, and thought it timely to share our progress with a succinct summary of our achievements, illustrated by a few examples. It will give you, at a glance, an idea of our ups and downs. But the work isn’t over yet. Some actions are 100% complete. Those that aren’t haven’t necessarily been dropped for good. While the pandemic, which coincided with this plan, has greatly influenced our work, it has not diverted us from our goal.
A more qualitative assessment is also underway.
On March 28, 2024, at our next AGM, we’ll be presenting a full review and unveiling the next strategic plan, which we’re just now beginning to draw up.
