Santropol Roulant officially and warmly invites you to this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 28th. Every year, we host the AGM to elect our Board of Directors and to invite our community to look back at last year’s activities and see what’s to come. This year, we will be conducting a special community consultation during the event for the next strategic plan. Your opinion on the Roulant’s future direction and potential for community impact are crucial in shaping a new strategic cycle for the years 2024-2027.
We can’t wait to see you and celebrate all that we’ve been able to achieve together this past year and to collaborate on a shared vision for the years ahead!

WHO IS A SANTROPOL ROULANT MEMBER?
Anyone who has volunteered, received a meal or another food service, made a donation or has been an employee of Santropol Roulant within the last 12 months is considered a member. In addition, partner organizations offering mutual programming and financial partners are considered members and can have one voting representative. Non-members are more than welcome to the AGM but won’t have the right to vote.
Members will be able to vote for their 2024 board of directors in person or online during the event. To facilitate your choice, we have gathered all the documents and information you need to vote this year.
AGENDA AND CANDIDATURES
Three positions on the Board are up for election with seven candidates from all walks of life vying to help further the Roulant’s mission. The elections will occupy a central part of the evening, outlined in the below agenda. You can propose amendments by contacting Pier directly.
