We are thrilled to present Santropol Roulant’s new 2025-2028 strategic plan!
This document was made possible thanks to months of diligent work: staff and board visioning retreats analyzing the successes and lessons from the 2020-2023 strategic plan, reflecting on who our services currently benefit and what should be prioritized in the coming years; feedback from the Roulant community and partners organizations through special consultations; and a thorough revision process thanks to the Visionary Puffins strategic planning committee.
Going forward, we will be developing the action plan that will turn these strategic objectives into concrete activities in line with the Roulant’s current programming and capacity.
