What’s happening on the farm?
Thanks to the good weather, the cover crops are growing very well and the farm is full of flowers. The garlic scapes have been harvested and the scape pickling workshops was a success. Here is the recipe we followed: https://www.runningtothekitchen.com/pickled-garlic-scapes/
The end of July will bring the big garlic harvest: two volunteer shifts and a community farm day will be dedicated to this important task! Join us for this iconic agricultural event.
