The farm in September & October

What’s happening on the farm?

Limited garlic sales continue at the food kiosk every Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. in front of the Roulant on Terrasses Roy. We are also preparing for fall planting, which will bear fruit next year! On the horizon: planting three blocks of garlic to increase our harvest next year. We will tackle this daunting task with a community day on Friday, October 3! Please join us to enjoy autumn on the farm, eat a lovely potluck lunch together, and help put the garlic in the ground for its winter rest. This activity is open to everyone.

IIn the coming weeks, we are also planning to plant fruit trees (apples, apricots and cherries) to begin establishing a food forest at the Roulant farm.

Volunteering at the farm: September & October 2025

Community farm day schedule: From 9am to 2pm at the farm, including a potluck lunch. Carpooling departure from the Roulant at 7:45am.
