A heartfelt thank you to all the teams that came out and braved the tropical heat and participated in the 1st Annual Froot Cup. We want to congratulate Telus FFC who narrowly beat the McKibbins team in the final to hoist the coveted Froot Cup trophy.
In other announcements, the best cheer and best uniform awards both went to the Wyld Stallions. The 1980’s rocker uniforms were awesome….
Thanks in no small part to you, the Froot cup was a great success on and off the field. The total amount raised was a whopping $6,200. Funds raised during the evening will help us over the coming year as we prepare and deliver 22,000 nutritious and healthy home-cooked meals to seniors and other individuals living with a loss of autonomy throughout Montreal.
Thanks again and we hope to see you all next year at the 2nd Annual Froot Cup.
