Last Thursday, 6 teams of local chefs competed head-to-head to create a unique dish with vegetables freshly picked from Santropol Roulant’s garden!
The 4th edition of our dear Iron Chef event is now over but wow! What a night! Not only each teams gave everything they had to win the Grand Culinary Prize but a large crowd of curious community members were there to celebrate, watch carefully what was cooking and fill their belly with good food (with no rain!)! Thank you to all of those who made this year’s edition of the Iron Chef one of our great highlights of the season!
Thank you to all 6 participating teams: Crudessence (Grand Culinary Prize), Laïka (Best Team Spirit), Fabergé (Best Fundraiser), Rumi , Green Panther and the Foodie Collective. Each team fundraised a minium of 500$ to participate and support our programs.
