Join on us July 22nd for an evening of fresh summer cooking. Presenter Stéphanie Audet will use freshly harvested veggies, fruits and herbs in order to prepare vegan, gluten free delights that will showcase the taste of summer. Marinading techniques will be demonstrated as well as a recipe for raw zucchini spaghetti with a bright tomato sauce. This is a bilingual kitchen workshop.
