News from the Santropol Roulant Farm:
We’re building a bread oven at the farm! This is a project very dear to our hearts because this oven will become a central part of our farm, a place where we can transform the food from this land into delicious meals that we prepare and eat together.
We also hope to host cooking workshops and other great activities open to the public around this oven so it’s important that it is build with care and intention.
Ramona has been a great leader in this project, for the past few weeks she has been digging up clay from our lands to make bricks for the oven. It has been so inspiring to see her work so tenderly with the earth and we look forward to seeing the end result.
