About the Frozen Meals:
We’ve got a large selection meals including beef, chicken, pork, seafood, fish and vegetarian options. These tasty homemade dishes are filled with fresh vegetables and are low in salt. They cost $6,50 and all profits go toward the Roulant’s mission to break social and economic isolation between generations and cultures.
Pick up and Deliveries:
There are two options for purchasing meals. You can either come by the Roulant at 111 Roy east during our office hours (listed below) to select and pick-up your meals, or, depending on your location, we can deliver a large quantity (15 or more) to your door for an additional fee.
