Board Game Night!

Events, Volunteering - Personal

Looking for a place to get your game on? Following on the success of other Volunteer Program mini-FUN(d)raisers such as Trivia Night and Bingo Night, why not join us at our first inaugural Board Game Night! Our games master and host, Jean-Fred, is preparing a varied selection of board games for you to try your luck at.

  • What: The Roulant’s Board Game Night (to check out the facebook event, click here)
  • When: Thursday, June 30th, doors at 6:00pm, games from 6:30-10:00pm
  • How much: $10 entry fee, play as many games as you like throughout the evening; snacks and (cheap) drinks will be available throughout the evening

Come try your hand at such games as Go, Carcassonne, Ticket to Ride, Settlers of Catan, Agricola, Kings of New York, Puerto Rico and more. No experience required – all games will be explained by our crew of game masters (if you would like to be on hand to explain how to play various games to participants, please let us know).

Bring a friend (or an entourage) – the more the merrier! Please rsvp so that we know how many to expect. If you’re not sure, simply show up throughout the evening as games will be ongoing.

Much thanks to our partners, La Récréation and Le Valet d’Coeur for their help in organizing this event.

I have a question, is it for adults only or can my 10 year old participate in the games?

Your child is more than welcome! Those 10 year olds can be really tough board game competition :)
