We’re back for the 7th workshop in the series Recipes from our community, where we invite the members of our community of all ages to share their recipes and culinary successes.

Tenzing, a community member, will share with some of her favorites Tibetan recipes.

When: Wednesday, November 23rd from 5pm to  7:30 pm
Where: The Roulant’s kitchen, 111 Roy East
Cost: By donation

On the menu:

  • Entree: Lentil soup
  • Main: Beef momo (Tibetan dumpling) with sauce
  • Dessert: Sweet carrots (Gajar-ka-Halwa)
