Workshop: Iranian Cooking

Community Workshops, Events, Kitchen Workshops

We’re back for the 8th workshop in the series Recipes from our community, where we invite the members of our community of all ages to share their recipes and culinary successes.

Where: The Roulant’s kitchen, 111 Roy East
Cost: By donation

On the menu

Appetizer: Pomegranate salad, a very delicious vegetarian salad
Main dish: Adas Polo, Persian rice with lentils and ground beef
Dessert: Saffron Rice Pudding (Sholeh Zard), sweet and flowery taste with a slight cinnamon accent
