We’re back for the 15th workshop in the series Recipes from our community, where we invite the members of our community of all ages to share their recipes and culinary successes.
Atabak, community member and Roulant volunteer is back for a second time to cook up some of his favorite vegetarian Iranian recipes!
When: Wednesday, November 15th from 5pm – 8pm
Where: The Roulant kitchen, 111 Roy East
Cost: By donation (suggested contribution $15-$25)
Registration: Please reserve your spot in advance below!
On the menu (all dishes vegetarian):
- Main dish: Kashk-e-Bademjan, an eggplant and kashk (dairy-based) dish
- Salad: Pomegranate salad
- Side: Yogurt and Spinach Dip (Borani-e Esfenaj)
Allergies and intolerances: Please note that main and side dishes will both include walnuts as well as dairy products. Also, note that the salad will include pistachio.
