What: Come and discover this short film “Sortir du desert”, produced by SUCO Solidarity Union Cooperation and L’OEUVRE LÉGER with the partnership of Funambules Medias, co-directed by six young people from the CJE Southwest with the help of Josué Bertolino, seasoned director. In a nutshell, it’s a film featuring young adults from South West Montreal who are wondering about the accessibility of fresh and healthy food in their neighborhood and who are exploring the proposed citizen solutions to get out of the food desert.
The screening will be followed by a discussion on local food in the Plateau Mont-Royal district.
