We’re back for another workshop in the series Recipes from our community, where we invite the members of our community of all ages to share their recipes and culinary successes.

Atabak, a Roulant volunteer, is back to share his favourite Iranian recipes.

When: Wednesday, June 19th from 5pm – 8pm
Where: The Roulant kitchen, 111 Roy East
Cost: By donation (suggested contribution $15-$25)

On the menu:

  • Main dish: Tah-Chin (Layered saffron rice, with two options: chicken or eggplant). Vegetarian option available.
  • Salad: Pomegranate and mint salad

Allergies and intolerance: Please note that the main dish includes chicken, egg and dairy products. We will also garnish the dishes with pistachio and almond.
