The AGM is postponed to May 28th
Santropol Roulant officially and warmly invites you to this year’s virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM)!
- When: Thursday May 28, 2020
- What time: From 6:00pm to 8:30pm (to be confirmed)
- Where: online (the link will be sent by email, sign up now)
- Who : Roulant members
The AGM is a moment for the community to gather and share the accomplishments of the past year. Due to the physical distancing in place, the AGM will take place online as a YouTube live video. All links and documents will be published before the event and if you sign up you will get them in your inbox.
We invite you to send your questions in advance, even though a monitored chat box will be available during the AGM. If you are not comfortable with web streaming, contact us and it will be a pleasure to find a way for you to participate.
Are you a member? This status is designated to anyone who has been a client, volunteer, staff member or donor within the past 12 months.
Members are encouraged to vote to elect their Board of Directors for 2020-2021.
Please note that non-members are welcome but don’t have the right to vote.
