It’s almost the best time of year: farm garlic time! Our beautiful garlic has been harvested, cleaned, and trimmed and will be curing for the next few weeks. We know that the garlic-loving members of the community will be thrilled that the garlic heads are almost ready!
Although the garlic will be ready in a few short weeks, you can now pre-order garlic online at the link below. We will contact you at the end of the month to arrange pickup, which can happen either at the Roulant (111 rue Roy Est) or during the Friday Hangs between 4pm and 6pm.
Our garlic is certified organic, and is a hardneck variety called Music. It’s delicious for culinary purposes or great to use as seed garlic if you would like to grow your own. Starting price is 13.50$/lb.
You will also be able to purchase the garlic during the weekly Friday Hang as of September 6th, 2024 until October 25th, 2024.
