Frankie, Noah and Russell invite you to come get your hands dirty for the third Community Farm Day of the summer on Friday, August 25th! The theme of the day : weeds, weeds, weeds! While we are an organization that loves plants of all stripes, there are some that we would rather see in the compost pile than in the fields. The day promises to be rewarding once the overgrown weeds are cleared from the tunnels, greenhouses and fields let our crops breathe and produce the best vegetables they can for the remainder of the season.
In addition to this collective task, we look forward to having you, your family and friends out to enjoy the bounty and beauty of the farm with a potluck picnic lunch and chats with your farmers.
- When: Friday, August 25th, 2023 from 9 AM to 2 PM*
*It is important that you arrive a little early so that we can start on time. - Where: 269 chemin Senneville, Senneville, QC H9X 3X8 – look for our sign at the end of a dirt road into the forest, drive up the dirt road and then keep left!
