Do you dream of making yummy local fruit into summery jam? Not sure about where to start? We’ll help you get going! Come learn the basics of jam making with our food preservation team in our community kitchen.
- When : Wednesday, July 13th, from 6:30 to 9:00 pm.
- Where : Santropol Roulant 111 Roy street East, Montreal
- Who : Anyone who would like to learn to make jam, no experience necessary
- Cost : We suggest a donation of $15 per participant (or $10 for students, seniors, the underemployed etc.) all proceeds are used internally to support our mission.

About the Presenters
The workshop will be bilingual (French/English). It will be led by Isabelle and Colleen. Isabelle is Santropol Roulant’s food preservation coordinator; she has been canning food for 5 years, and loves teaching people new skills. Colleen is our food preservation work share; she has grown her food preservation skills through her involvement at the Roulant and is great at mentoring others!
