Help us make the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 30th a success! The AGM is Santropol Roulant’s most important governance event of the year, where our members elect the Board of Directors. Last year 143 members came out to vote!
To make things run smoothly, we need lots of volunteer help prior to and during the AGM, so we are seeking your help with the following tasks:
- Pre-event set up and decoration
- Food prep or service
- Drinks prep or service
- Coat check
- Welcome Table
- Child care
- Driver, passenger or buddy (for Meals-on-Wheels clients)
- Post-event cleanup, dishes after the
