On a blue sky day last September, a group of 42 hungry Santropol Roulant community members (clients, volunteers, staff, donors and board members!) of all ages piled into cars and drove to Mont St-Grégoire for apple picking.
Participants sipped apple cider and dined on cheese crepes and waffles. Lunch was followed by a tractor tour of the orchard. Clients and volunteers marvelled at the fall colours and got to pick a variety of apples.
A big heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, and especially to our amazing drivers who make these kinds of events possible!
