We’re excited to present another workshop part of our series of kitchen workshops for which ask a greater financial contribution because we see them as an opportunity for members of the community to financially support our charity programs while developing their cooking skills in the Roulant kitchen!
This November, join us for an evening of chocolate truffle making at Santropol Roulant with Alain Vaidie from la maison Cao! This is the perfect workshop to master the art of preparing, infusing and coating truffles by hand using the finest ingredients. Since 2001, maison Cao has been a specialist in the crafting of quality chocolate. Alain creates a range of original flavours to awaken all the senses and this workshop is his way of sharing his passion for cocoa with the public!
During the workshop, we will sample six difference truffles and two Grands Crus chocolats from Valrhona.
- When: November 30th, 6:30pm – 9:00pm
- Where: Santropol Roulant’s kitchen at 111 Roy East
- Price: $60, this price includes a donation, eligible for a tax receipt, to support the Roulant’s charitable work.
