Join us for an evening of cheesecraft at Santropol Roulant!
We’ll be making fromage frais, paneer, fresh curds, and blue cheese. Learn about the theory and history of cheese, the politics of raw milk and dairy, other dairy ferments, and rennet-free cheesemaking. Presenter David Rotsztain, a long time volunteer here at the Roulant, is now an organic farmer and cheesemaker in BC.
- When: January 17th, 6pm – 9:30pm.
- Where: Santropol Roulant’s kitchen at 111 Roy east, corner of Coloniale.
