Our weekly markets will resume next spring along with our summer CSA solidarity baskets.
The Roulant General Store still has a few of our last crops on the shelves, including squash, potatoes, and a lot of kale (we still have 40 bushels left in the fields!). Kale is highly nutritious and freezes well once blanched, so stock up your freezer for the winter, or make a batch of kale chips.
Be sure to check out les biolocaux.coop for local and organic produce during the winter months. There will be a drop off point for winter baskets every two weeks at the Santropol Roulant office.
