Info Session: Vermicompost Collective

Collective - Compost, Volunteering - Personal

In the new year the Vermicompost Collective is planning to take on new projects and increase its capacity: both in terms its worm population and compost produced. In order to achieve these goals the collective is looking for new members and will hold an information session on January 16th to boost its ranks.

If you’d like to get involved in a project that touches on an integral part of a sustainable food cycle, this is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and share the ones you’ve already acquired.

Running a collective requires a myriad of skills, so don’t worry if you don’t have previous experience with vermicomposting, you’ll certainly be able to contribute in a meaningful way! A knack for building, marketing, or experience developing and leading workshops are just a few examples of other skills that would be useful.

For more information on the collective come see us on the 16th.

I’ve been experimenting with vermicomposting for quite a while now. Love those little critters!
