Workshop: Bulgarian cuisine (Rescheduled)

You are invited to join us for the next workshop from the series Recipes from our community. Since the last one had to be canceled for circumstances beyond our control, the Bulgarian cuisine is back!

Discover the Bulgarian cuisine flavours with our dear volunteer Plamena, who will teach you how to prepare delicious family meals.

When: Wednesday, March 28th from 5pm – 8pm
Where: The Roulant kitchen, 111 Roy East
Cost: By donation (suggested contribution $15-$25)
Registration: Please reserve your spot in advance below!

On the menu:

  • Main dish: Banitza (a very traditional phyllo pastry with feta cheese)
  • Side: Kavarma (a pork and caramelized onion stew)
  • Dessert: Biscuit cake (a no bake desert with pastry cream)

Allergies and intolerance: Please inform us if you have food allergies or intolerances.

Because of high interest, we ask that you register and pay in advance using the form below to ensure your spot. If you can’t make it to the workshop, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we can give your spot to another person. No refunds will be possible, however, we are happy to give you a General Store credit or sign you up for the next workshop.
