Kitchen Workshops, Recipes from our Community

We’re back for the 2nd workshop of the year in the series Recipes from our community, where we invite the members of our community of all ages to share their recipes and culinary successes.

Tenzing, community member and returning Recipes from our Community workshop facilitator, will share with you some of her favorite Tibetan recipes.

When: Wednesday, February 27th from 5 pm – 8 pm
Where: The Roulant’s kitchen, 111 Roy East
Cost:  15$-25$

On the menu:

  • Entree: Lentil soup
  • Main: Beef momo (Tibetan dumpling) with sauce
  • Dessert: Tibetan pastry “Kabtse”

Reserve your spot

Because of high interest, we ask that you register and pay in advance on eventbrite. If you can’t make it to the workshop, please let us know at least 24 hrs in advance so that we can give your spot to another person. No refunds will be possible, however, we are happy to give you a General Store credit.
